    Welcome!

    Retired old fart here, started machining about 58 years ago in my father's shop. Did a turn at NASA as an apprentice Experimental Machinist before President Kennedy was killed, became a toolmaker, rocket propulsion engineer, mechanical engineering PE. Designed, built and tested things ranging from Peterbilt trucks to current missile systems and semiconductor production equipment.

    Better yet was designing and making lots of those things in my own business for 21 years. Love the smell of hot chips and the sound of millions of horsepower.
