I have to drive 60 miles to get "delivered" material that is beat to hell from being dragged on and off trucks. The sheet metal screws that look like a wood screw should be fine though drilling a hole will make the job easier, the self drilling type with a drill looking tip will remove the threads when they are removed- kustomizer

This works well for setting steel rivnuts, drill the hole to tightly fit the rivnut. I wouldnt want to do 100 this way but it is fine for a few- kustomizer

I didn't seal the sheet edges to each other, I just shoved them tight. On the first layer, I shoved the sheets tight to one side and one end of the building then screwed them in place with a few deck screws, I used cans of spray foam for the last gaps at the edges by the walls. We rent with the 1x4's on the bottom of the rafters then 2 layers of polyiso foam, factory 2nds are quite economical by the truckload. We sorted them by thickness and taper then put then up so we had a uniform stacked thickness, half the sheets I bought were with OSB bonded, our heating costs...- kustomizer

I looked at several types and decided the poly iso was the least flammable, less than OSB and there are always piles of seconds at good prices. We heat the air not the floor, my research led me to believe it would be more economical though likely not quite as comfortable, we maintain 68 degrees- kustomizer

Our building is 1/3 the size of yours, when all was said and done we had 35k in insulation. The first 3k was a 40 foot trailer load of poly iso, 3-5 inches thick, they were factory seconds with odd thicknesses. !/2 of them had mismarked OSB on one side, we matched them up so when 2 layers went...- kustomizer
