    Tim, If you email [email protected] my guess is that we could make a special 24mm x 60deg index-able dovetail cutter. Since you are cutting aluminum we would make it 2 or 3 flutes for strength. We do full specials all of the time. Alfred

    Bronze can be very "gummy". If you dont have side relief on your cutter faces, front and back, the material can actually spring back slightly at the top of groove. Alfred

    you probably need a new key pad. Your local Haas retailer should still carry them or you order from Haas direct. We have several older Haas machines and have replaced many pads. it is pretty easy. I can recall the cost. Alfred.
