parts catcher issue
Part catcher on a 300LM issue. Arm raises and lowers but the 'bucket' just 'flops'. i assume there is a belt or something in the arm to work the bucket, but can find zero info. Any help appreciated.- PHDesigns

Material is probably just 1018, or 1026 maybe 1/4" thick hose ferrules. Press is a commercial hose crimping machine for industrial hoses. 3-4" hoses. -

Tiered Pay Structures - what works what doesn't
I used to work for a place that had 4 tiers of pay level. There were 3-4 levels in each with a .25 an hour raise for each. Learn the skill, take a test and pass, move up one notch. Heavy 10 and 10L compatibility
Yeah, I looked at those and would be nice, but pricey at the moment and my tumbler is not worthy of such :) Just bought a tumbler assembly off ebay so hopefully will be able to go from there! Thanks.- PHDesigns

Alrighty, got the new spindle installed. Smooth as silk. Next item to find or repair is the reverse tumbler. One of the two smaller gears has pretty thin teeth. It works but is noisy as hell when engaged. There is also some slop in how it mounts. It had a broken 'tab' where the plate holds it in...- PHDesigns

Started to leave it straight. It is a #5. A #3 sleeve drops right through. I have the 1 3/8 spindle bore, which I am debating making it up to 1 1/2. Plenty of meat there. Probably go 1 7/16 anyway. Well, beginning to wonder if this thing is worth messing with (again). Put the chuck on the spindle and it runs out...face wobbles. Took the spindle out and put between centers. Not good. Looks like it may have warped when I had the cam shop weld and grind it, because it's not concentric either...- PHDesigns
