    your connections look correct. as long as 20-24 is jumpered for ENABLE and 5-24 for RUN and 11-22 for HEALTH, you should have output from A+ and A- for armature as long as your pots are wired correctly and calling for speed setpoint >0. let me review your connections and give it some thought...

    they are low power 10k-ohm pots. probably 1/2-watt or less.

    all of these readings include 514C, 507, fan blower motor, digital tach and DRO measured at main 240VAC supply in. 1.87A - power on but motor off, idle condition 6.1 A - 1150 RPM free turning spindle, not cutting 13.5A - 3000 RPM free turning spindle, not cutting

    i don't understand why you are able to get 320VAC from the smaller (physically) transformer? when i tested it, it thought i was getting 300VAC from both. second photo is my boost/buck installed on the Monarch transformer plate.

    i used an ACME Transformer No. T-1-13075 wired for boost. this is a 2.0 KVA transformer with 32V boost at 240V.
