Why does the B&S CMM light pen not work with an amber CRT?
The CMM does not display correctly on a CGA monitor. Some of the lines are cut off at the top and bottom as well as the width being too narrow. This cannot be corrected for with adjustments. Rigging Machines with Cushion Tire Forklift on Dirt/Gravel
Had a 28K pneumatic-tire lift at the shop last year. Part of the driveway is asphalt millings. If he turned the wheels too far, it would plow the stone. Had a neighbor on stand-by with his 4 wheel drive backhoe to push the forklift when it got stuck. The forklift needed its own trailer. Bill- Bill in PA

Installed an $100 timer relay to keep things running. May add fault checking logic later. Just have to visually check for proper operation at startup. Bill- Bill in PA

Dropsa Air/Oil Lubricator Resets on Mill Spindle or Air Compressor Startup
Looks like I can replace the controller with a few timers and relays. All of the rest of the components work. The pump and solenoid are 120V also. Bill- Bill in PA

No. Mill is on phase converter. Compressor is single phase. I contacted the manufacturer. They said it is broken. Replacement is $4000.00. Bill- Bill in PA

Lubricator control consistently resets when mill spindle starts (about 2000 rpm and above) and/or each time the air compressor kicks on. Has anyone had this problem? Unit (120V) is wired to the mill's transformer in the cabinet. Thanks, Bill- Bill in PA

Mori SL1H Turret Problem (Help source Solenoid Valve Body)
