Thanks, yes I used a small die grinder and did as you suggested but on 2 sides, worked like a treat. I used a sliding hammer to ram it out. -

It drives me crazy my workshop gang constantly put work on the ground versus using the 3 workbenches and welding table. Guess it comes natural as squatting around a fire for warmth, chatting, cooking and eating since they were born. Pretty sure its the way with most other 3rd world countries. -
