Got it. Maybe also longer cycles, but less frequent. I haven't adjusted mine from factory. On at 150 off at 175, maybe bosmos_j has a similar setup as mine. I think I would prefer your setup.- PLC

I think I am missing something. Do the R machines use less air than the S machines? I am confused how you were able to go from 11 minutes cycle to 90 minutes. Or maybe you have an R650 and a S700 with 27K and the 11 minutes you were seeing was with both machines running?- PLC

I would love to switch out the Quincy to a rotary screw Kaesar. The noise is really what kills me at this point. Assuming that the 27k is basically new, what are your thoughts on the 27K spindle vs the 16K BBT?- PLC

Yep. I saw that on the spec sheet. There is a fair amount of spare I/O on these machines. I was thinking if it did stay on, I could add a pressure switch and air shutoff solenoid wired normally open. That way, if the solenoid coil ever failed the air would stay open as if it wasn't there...- PLC
