Mikron UME vibration on X axis
Hello, I have mill Mikron UME 560 1995, (which should be very similar to Maho MH machines). One month ago, bolt that was holding the gibb on X axis stripped and gibb got stuck on X rapid move. After two days we managed to get it unstuck. But now i have very subtle vibration on X axis. And...- darkom15

Thanks guys, helped me out alot. For now i will leave it as it is then. Found one in very similar Germany, it has key way at different postion, but nothing that could not be machined. -

It didn't pull, it was ramping down. So thats why one side iz deeper. I stopped the program before right side went to full depth. Thank you all guys. I feel little better now. -

The mistake was fairly dumb. So I made one plate in cad that was coresponding to the dimensiones of plate that i needed to mill parts out of. Then in assembly I arranged all the parts on that plate to use as much of it as I can. And on finish pass, for bottom level I clicked on from model... -
