The Yaskawa drive cost is gonn a floor you... and support Yaskawa is not helpful, at all. Not all Yaskawa encoders are created equally. Some are incremental and have a serial line and battery back up. Look at the actual cable signals. What you will run into is getting a drive to work with it... -

There are a couple things going on here. What kind of motor does the rotab have on it? Ac or dc? Is the drive analog or digital? What year is your Fadal? Ac or dc motors? Fadals use a +- 10v analog signal to drive the amps. Fadals with dc motors have resolvers not encoders. Fadals with ac... -

I have a Tree zps 840 vmc. Zps uses a hybrid box way with turcite and roller packs. This machine lived in Deerfield beach Fl, and used Wynns for coolant. Actually it’s Fujitsu not Fuji and they didn’t invent the cnc. Prior to Ge Fanuc, Ge had their own line of controls dating back to the late 1950’s. YASNAC MX3 WORK OFFSET
MX1 and X2 store the offset numbers in the setting numbers screen. Look after #6500. Possible for the X3 also, if so, you set you fixture offsets with G10. Set G54 : G10P1Q2X-10.9Y-6., check your setting numbers to make sure it gets entered right.- Zeus1050

Mori SL3 - Yasnac LX1 - Error 331 & 332 - Fuse blowing
Peepaw is the man. The fuse alarm you speak of is not a fuse at all, it’s a detection circuit on the drive board. Often they will reset.
