I was able to get the bearing off using the method Gearclash described. This is from a hot tub jet pump. Seal failed and the shaft corroded just like guythatbrews guessed.' Thanks everyone for the input!- stickyboomerang

I'm pretty sure the bearing would be assembled on the shaft from the RH side in this photo. So it seems like it has to come back off this way?- stickyboomerang

The fan is behind the bearing toward the motor rotor so it is still on the shaft. It looks like there is a retaining ring on the back side of the bearing- stickyboomerang

Strange Retaining Ring on Motor Shaft - Unable to remove bearing
Hello-- I am trying to replace a bearing on a pump motor and I cannot figure out how to remove this bearing. There is a weird retaining ring or washer that is roughly the size of the inner race of the bearing and is preventing me from pulling the bearing off (see photos).
