    You are right but the main problem they have is the material itself . The rollers are made from H13 steel . the Tool cant withstand one complete roller finished profile machining and they need to recut the tool profile within the job.

    Can TNC 407 Do simultaneous 4 axis cut

    Making a coromill 316 shank

    Thanks EM112358 Iscar also have the same product . i use both of them . if you look at the thread inside the shank you'll see that the shank is completely done in lathe and then brazed to carbide rod . also some is completely made from steel . i can't see grinding process on the thread inside...
