    HAAS ST-20Y Canned Cycle Troubleshooting

Yes, the tool is in position in the turret, so VPS sets it as the default and it's touched off. Work offset was set before I even got to the VPS side of things.

    HAAS ST-20Y Canned Cycle Troubleshooting

I tried to jog the broach to where it seems like it would start, but no dice. I should be clear that it doesn't even output the code, so I'm just guessing where the tool needs to be, but my best guess doesn't get me anywhere.

    HAAS ST-20Y Canned Cycle Troubleshooting

I had thought that might be the case, but even after running a restart it's still throwing the same error. It's not even a motion error, it doesn't leave VPS. I had though I might need a value in settings 337-339 which I usually leave inactive, but that didn't work either. I'm going a bit mad...

Looking for Quotes: Specialty Arrow Blunts

I have no idea if the volume will come or not, just that it's a possibility if the design proves to be sound. At the moment I need about 24 of them for testing purposes. 7075 is a consideration, but as I understand you trade tensile strength for ductility. I have several interested parties who...

Looking for Quotes: Specialty Arrow Blunts

Looking for quotes on some auto lathe work (or however you decide to do it). The part is a specialty arrow blunt in 6061-t6 aluminum (open to other options if you have suggestions but having evaluated cost vs weight this seems like the best option). Initially for a small run of a couple dozen...
