Like Ross wrote... The rapid feed is not an on-off thing. Pulling the lever a little make the feed stop. Pulling more give some feed. And firm pulling give full rapid speed. At least on my FP2 - it works very nicely. Cheers Erik

I also wonder what's wrong with the world..... ;-) In the UK it seems like they often have 240V single phase - and the fuse is in the plug (which protects the device - but not the wiring in the house). So they sell 1-3 phase VFD's in the UK. Those are rarely seen here, unfortunately.

Well, we might call your chuck "a European thing", as Pratt-burnerd made those for many years. And TOS. Even the Chinese. I would call the 3- and 4-jaw chucks having both scroll and individual adjustable jaws for "universal chucks" I had one of those (Röhm) and I stupidly sold it. Cheers Erik
