    Repair on Dirtbike Output Shaft

He said he couldn't get a new one anywhere. I'm guessing that meant OEM and aftermarket. Its an old Kawasaki bike. John K. - That's what I was thinking. Would you use any particular filler or just the normal? I assume just normal ER70S is good enough. EmGo - Thanks for the feedback on 8620...

    Recommendations for Sand Blasting Cabinet

Thanks all. I need it mainly for blasting to prep for powder coating. I just finished building an oven so now I can do bigger parts. I looked at the Trinco cabinets. Looks like the 36" is a popular one. I like Kevin's idea. They're only about an hour from me so I'll have to see if I can...

What Steel/Hardness to Use on Excavator Track Rollerrs

Ok, I'm behind on my acroyms. COS? BOTOH? For bearing fit, I'm assuming you're referring to using the proper fitting grade (e.g. an h or H fit for shaft and housing for a nominal fit based on bearing charts) Correct?

Recommendations for Decent Hobby Shop Manual Mill and Lathe

Thanks for the feedback MichaelP. Below $1K, wow! I definitely want DRO's like you noted. As I mentioned in some other posts, I have a cheap Grizzly I started out with 15yrs ago. I HAD to put DRO's on it because the backlash in the split nuts/travel screw was horrendous. I would love power...
