My K&T 2K needs a motor starter.
Thank you John, My machine was built in March of 1941 according to the serial number. But, I will look at the data plate on the motor to verify the 7.5hp. AP- Andypullen

Thank you for the information Rabler! That's what I thought...I'll look at the motor data plate. Just for information purposes....I have the breaker for the mill turned off when I power up the RPC. I never start the RPC with a load on it. AP- Andypullen

My K&T 2K needs a motor starter.
Good afternoon All, I'm the proud owner of a prewar (barely...March 1941) K&T #2K plain horizontal mill. It came from a shop near Hazelton, PA 2 years ago. I have her wired up and have run her a few times. But, the issue is, the previous owner had disconnected the starter and just hard wired her...- Andypullen

USA Heavy Iron Disappearance
I just purchased a TL-1. As a complement to my 14" x 30" Reed Prentice. The Reed Prentice isn't being sold...I've had it since 2009. It's still a money maker for me. They both have their places and both do work that they were designed for well.- Andypullen

Hardinge HC with some tooling FS
Good morning All, I have a Hardinge HC chucker for sale with some tooling. The machine was built in 1959. It's 220V 3 phase. There is a number of Hardinge toolholders for chuckers included.
