    Came in today and they told me the wire feeder doesn't work. Have check the switch and the wires into the machine. I tested the transformer running to the servos, getting 5 volts.at the transformer. I also checked all the fuses. Any suggestions?

    I have been working on a Victor CNC mill. I kept getting a 414 error. After fixing a bunch of little stuff. I called Fanuc. I tested the motor without being connected to the ball screw and it gave me a 414 error. The brake is stuck on. Anyone ever had this problem and fixed it without a new motor?

    Need some help on a Victor 1654 DCM

    I solved the power issue. The 24 volt power supply and the spark arrestor needed to be replace. Both we fried. Now I am getting a 414 error on the Z axis. Thanks, Jeff

    Victor 1654 DCM with Fanuc 20-F control.

    I am getting a 224 error return to reference point. How do, I do that on this machine? When I turn the knob to REF and try to, travel to the home position I just get overtravel errors.

    I have two questions on my Victor 1654 DCM Fanuc 20-F control. I keep getting a 414 error on the Z-Axis. When I try to run a program I get a 224 error. Reference return. How do I do that? I run two Fanuc wire edms and a Omniturn Gt75. This just isn't working the same. Thanks.

    Need some help on a Victor 1654 DCM

    I need to test where the power stops. Normally. When you turn on the main switch in the back, then you push the button on the panle and it comes on. I can't check it until tomorrow morning. I'll let you know where it has power and where it doesn't. Thanks for the help. Jeff

    Need any info I can get. The mill is at a friend of mine's shop. The guy he had running left and took with him the book. I tried to start it, but it won't boot up. When I turn on the power. The fans in the back start but the control doesn't come on. It has a Fanuc 20-FA control. Thanks, Jeff
