Like the title says, I just bought a toaster assembled in England after an exhausting search trying to find an American made toaster. controlling bacterial growth in wire edm and soolant tanks?
I have had very good luck with trim microsol 585 XT coolant. I run air bublers and Keller skimmers. Never had any bacterial problems. My wire machines are another story. The clean tanks look crystal clear but if you stick your hand in them they feel very slimy. My question is has anyone tried...- norb

Agie classic wire squaring question
Hi, I just purchased an 2000 Agie Classic 2S. The machine will be delivered next week. I was wondering how do you square up the wire on this machine. On My Agie AC50 I have several wire squaring fixtures I use with a red and black leads I plug into the machine. Is this the same on the classic?- norb

form or regular tapping in 7075?
I have a job I am working on made of 7075 aluminum. There are a bunch of 6mm blind tapped holes and I am thinking of trying a forming tap. The last time I did this job I used spiral flute taps and broke a few which caused me fits. Suggestions?- norb

Changing voltage on grinder question
Hi, I purchased a very nice Grand Rapids surface grinder that is wired for 460 volts. I want to run it on 230 volts. It has three motors all 230/460 dual voltage. If I change the motors to 230 volts and the control transformer taps to 230 volts I should be good to go or am I missing something?- norb

I just seen that Fadal is back. Looks like a company called Fives resurrected the Fadal brand. Good news for me as I had just bought a new FX3016 just before they went out of buisness. It has been a good solid machine.- norb
