I just called my sister in law and asked her about this. As soon as I know I'll relay her response to you here.
She is right in the middle of selling Tillamook Precision, so things are fairly hectic for her.

Thanks for asking. I spoke with my sister-in-law this morning and she still has 8 or 10 of these. The cost is $146 which includes shipping. Please send her a check or money order in that amount to Tillamook Precision, 7610 Trask River Road, Tillamook, Oregon 97141.

Good luck with this one. There used to be a guy in Canada who would make a list of peoples needs for parts for Nardini lathes, and then process a large enough order to make it pay, but I've not heard from him for quite a while. Do you know anyone who can write and speak Portuguese? Brazil is...
Resurrecting an old thread, but just wanted to let those who are unaware of it, my brother Glen (partsproduction on here) passed away this last July, and his widow still has 8 or 9 of these AMMCO phenolic gears in stock, but she is selling Tillamook Precision and these will no longer be...
Just curious if you welded the entire surface of the ram with RCI-b, or just the obvious craters and streaks resulting from lack of proper lubrication. It may not be a problem at all in either case.
My brothers Shape-Rite had really bad ways where the ram sat on the main body, and he trued it...
Richard is correct, Havir was winding down completely in their manufacturing of the 8" shapers by the early 1960's. The lawsuits growing out of misuse of the punch presses resulted in their liquidation. They shut down all press manufacturing by 1976 after the juries found Havir to be negligent...
Mk 3 model. See http://www.lathes.co.uk/clausing/page6.html
Someone has put a serious bend in that spindle clutch/brake handle. I have a 1947 model. Good old lathes: Timkin spindle bearings. I bumped mine up from 1/2 h.p. to 3/4 h.p.

Looks very similar to mine, purchased 12/1987, and the S/N on the RH end of the bed is B8HGT MS 804. Good machines, ignore the naysayers out there who don't or didn't like operating them.

I have a 1964 Logan with the 3/4 h.p. 3 phase motor and it is just the right size for me. I think the B-G may have a stouter table. The vice would cost you at least 1/4 of their asking price for a nice one. When running, check out the noise level on the chain drive and the variable speed...
I think you nailed it, Jz79. I played with Fusion a few times over the past several years, but with the understanding that they would pull some stunt in the near future. Therefore I was not a bit surprised with this whole licensing thing.

Here's the one I like, on page 41: "TC030722 Product Configurator Gateway $305,412.88
Small monthly payments. This must surely be a very heavy lifter.
