Boring Bar Question
Does anyone here have any experience with this type of boring bar? .48 Inch Minimum Bore Diameter, 2-1/2 Inch 1 1477 - MSC I have an aluminum part with a 2" deep .625" + or -.0005 tolerance blind hole. What kind of feed and speed would you recommend and how much depth of cut? -

Boring question
Hello, I'm working with 2" X .375" wall 6061 aluminum tubing. The bore is 1.502"-1.503" dia. and 2.2" deep, with a 1.3" dia and .4" deep bore at the bottom.
