South Bend 11 inch Lathe
I have the top motor style like the pic shows, but it doesn’t list the speeds of feeds. I’m not even sure how to even calculate that. I’ll try to load some pics of it.- Mvnvltn

Unfortunately it seems I have one of these rare 333-B lathes. I’m trying to find info on the speeds and feeds for the change gears. The “How to run a lathe” book posted doesn’t list the 11”.- Mvnvltn

I’m gonna leave the finish as is. I really dig the looks of it as it sits. I do believe that is what’s called a silent chain drive. I’m learning a ton about it as I go along. I just picked this thing up yesterday and Im trying to find out absolutely anything I can on it. The serial is #45995 and the table casting is 8-24-28. It also came with the belt cutter maker thingy too. It needs a few little thing from what I can see, and I'm here in hopes of some good...- Mvnvltn

Serial Numbers Wanted
New member here looking for model I.D. help I have an older south bend with a serial number on the top of the bed #45995, and the inside bed casting 8-24-28.
