Is tankless the way to go?
How long will a good system last?
What do we need to avoid?
Thanks in advance.

I currently run Autocad LT 2010 and I'm looking at purchasing Autocad LT 2023.
Do any of you all know of any big issues with a changeover to this software?
I've been using Autocad since1991, starting with release 11 and have managed to keep up with the upgrades so far.
I use it as a drafting...
Just what it says, The funds were NOT available for new machinery, or new hires.
Sounds like an "investment" to me.
Should you be able to charge interest on these funds, thereby treating them as a "loan"?
I know my Sponsoring shop always showed me the receipt for their part of payment for my...
I love this guy.
I, like him, Grew up in southern Michigan, and his Backgrounder is almost a carbon copy of my family history.
My dad was an engine designer for Ford in the early 60s, we had many family friends that were Big Three employees.
My wife's family was all about Jeep in Toledo.

We normally do about half our business with European companies, and we've noticed that the usual vacation thingy is NOT happening this year as we had expected.
No lull in the demand department for the French, English or Italian companies. Of course we can't do anything for the Russians right...
We have a grinding job where we have to surface grind a small steel part. 350 dia x .100 thick.
I've already made the fixtures, utilizing neo-dot magnets, and they're doing a great job....too good of a job.
Between cleaning them and getting the parts off of the magnet plate, it's a MAJOR PITA...
I'm truly clueless regarding this question.
Why aren't they already members?
This looks as though it actually could happen, so how would this shift the NATO/ Russian relationship, if at all?
Would this alliance effect our manufacturing brothers in the E.U.?
What say you?
Just what the title says. My company is looking at purchasing a small gang style lathe.
Size requirements would be 5c collets,

If Russia takes Ukraine, How would the ripples effect European manufacturing.
Our company has many costumers there, and we already have been effected by the pandemic.
Would this effect any of your business?
Thoughts?
We have an upcoming project that requires belt sanding multiple parts.
We've designed the fixture holding the parts, and a loading system.
What I want to try is to experiment with mounting carbide "stops" to the face of the fixture to act as a limit to the sanding operation.
I know these will...
We have an opportunity to get project that would require a vibratory feeder bowl. (I think)
Has anyone here tried to construct a feeder bowl from scratch?
Were you successful?
Any special ideas for places to purchase stuff like controllers and air tube mounts?
