Hello Group, I am selling a 8" 3 jaw Buck set true chuck in nice condition. D1-4 mount. Comes with extra se of outside jaws. I purchased it for my Schaublin 135 but its too big and heavy for it. It comes with chuck key as well as allen wrench. Guessing shipping weight will be in the 30-35lb...
This is a great little KO Lee cutter grinder that I cleaned up many years ago and never ended up using. Comes with assorted wheels, extra hub and a new coolant tank pump. Runs on 3 phase but easy candidate for a VFD. Nice thing about this grinder is it disassembles into easily manageable parts...
I was at Hassig in Switzerland a few months ago and purchased several new mt5 to MT 4 reducers and I believe he had a MT 5 to B32 adaptor but unfortunately may be difficult to have them search for it. Christian died last year and his son Daniel had taken over. Very easy to deal with. I dug...
I purchased this vise to go on my Schaublin 13 but unfortunately its too large. The Jaw width is 4-5/8" and it weights over 60 lbs. The swivel base has a hole spacing of 4-1/2" outside of slot to outside of slot, slot width is just over 1/2". It is in excellent condition and beautifully made and...
I see this is quite an old post but if the d1-4 backplate is still available I have a d1-3 buck adjust true plate that I can trade you ? I would also be willing just to purchase your backplate. I have the opposite problem as you, thanks, Barry
Looking to sell a Fehlmann Swiss compound table. This is a high precision coordinate table that is also heavy duty enough to use as a milling table. The table size is about 17"x 8". The model number is FS 200. It is a metric table. It is very heavy, guessing about 175 lbs crated. I can crate for...
Hi Mark, Just to clarify there was defiantly no sleeve in mine, the pulley was solid cast iron. I think the difference you are seeing in the material near the brass holes I filled was just a relief recess that I cut in to make sure the new seal could seat properly.
I am looking for a D1-4 buck 6" adjust true backplate to buy or trade for the original D1-3 Backplate that came on the chuck. I would also sell the D1-3 to any interested parties. Looking for $150 plus shipping to sell instead of trade. thanks, Barry
The problem with changing to bearings and eliminating the oil system is that there is not enough room on the carrier tube to bore to fit them. I was hoping to do that as that would definitely be the better option. In speaking with someone who completed this option of changing to lip seals, he...
Schaublin 135 update
So I got the drive removed and it has the arrangement of lip seals on the outer sides of the fixed 1/2 of the sheaves and O Rings on the inner sliding sheave so after consulting with a nice chap in Australia I’ve decided to follow his advise. As mentioned I think the o...
I am looking for advise on my newly acquired 135 lathe. I purchased it as non working because the variable speed drive pulleys were froze up but I read that was a common issue. By the time the machine made it home on its 2 1/2 hour trek the pulleys had freed themselves up. After reading several...
