I am probably looking for imposible.
I need t cutter for doing some 6 mm wide undercu, 3 mm deep.
Need to be 45 deg. Idea is to program x and z move simultaniously to achive 45 deg undercut.
Does anybody see this as reasonable thinking. If yes who makes such a cutter?

First off all , i would shot in the leg guy who invented metric and inch system of measuring.
I would by law forbid to use either millimeter or inch allen wrenches/screws.
Next thing is spindle nose configurations..

I am having some issues with enlarging existing hole.
I use blanks with .215" hole TIR up to .01"
Need to have .245" hole at the end within TIR of .001" +/-.ooo5 on the size
Do not ask me why is hole .215"& TIR..01"
Hole is thru
1.1" long
Od is finished at the same set up

Screw have head litlle to big, or sandvik insert have small countersink
Either way it wont hurt if screw is longer.

I am mostly dealing with lathes , with C axis and of course lovely live tools.
These live tools are handy of course but pricey as hell too.
All "my" machines are vdi turrets, vdi30 and vdi25.
So far i did some work i thought would be hard to do.

Weell i work for pretty big machining shop. It is always problem to get good machinist in , i mean really good. Now , here i believe is bunch of good ones , they are self employed, barelly keeping up, doing everything..to get by and have litlle extra.

Hello,
I need to finger out how to make thread in 8620 material , single point without any burrs on first and last thread. Thread is outside 1 mm pitch about 1 inch in size.
Chamfers are 45 deg and thread is about 59 :)..
This is on Late with live tooling , sub-spindle , c axis if this helps...

I am trying to tap some parts on Graziano CNC with Fanuc 18i-T control.

i did it only once on this machine ..long time ago...
but now for some reason it won`t work
