Part catcher on a 300LM issue. Arm raises and lowers but the 'bucket' just 'flops'. i assume there is a belt or something in the arm to work the bucket, but can find zero info. Any help appreciated.
I used to work for a place that had 4 tiers of pay level. There were 3-4 levels in each with a .25 an hour raise for each. Learn the skill, take a test and pass, move up one notch. After you passed all 4, there was another test, pass it and move up to the next tier. Hardest part (for me) was the...
Yeah, I looked at those and would be nice, but pricey at the moment and my tumbler is not worthy of such :) Just bought a tumbler assembly off ebay so hopefully will be able to go from there! Thanks.
To each his own. Looks good, though. I wasn't interested in the looking like new, never have been. Just working good. The old patina has a neat look itself.
Alrighty, got the new spindle installed. Smooth as silk. Next item to find or repair is the reverse tumbler. One of the two smaller gears has pretty thin teeth. It works but is noisy as hell when engaged. There is also some slop in how it mounts. It had a broken 'tab' where the plate holds it in...

I am not a huge fan of can cycles in general. I watch people write programs with them and use 'generic' numbers like they don't know how to calculate anything. I am decent at editing a canned cycle and have knocked several minutes off some programs but reducing the number of rough cuts. I have...

Here is what I am running, and it's running fine. Z.05 after the N101 removed. As for the U # going to .o835 or less, I get the half material removal part, but don't see...
