Don’t have a programming solution for you.
Really don’t see a way to automate what you are doing because you have to inspect the initial bore and then choose which to overbore
I am assuming you are boring the throats, then fitting oversize throttle plates.
Question is why not standardize on an...
Have rented "similar" drop deck trailers for machine moves. Worked pretty well..My issue was that the batteries that powered the hydraulics were almost always close to dead.
Always brought along a good battery and jumpers, just to be sure....

Photos of the offering if I’m not mistaken showed two coolant tanks, so once upon a time there was a second Deckel.
Did Porsche 4 cam cases , line bore the mains, rebored the jack shaft housing and the oil pump case bore after trimming the case joining faces.
Don’t think I would attempt this...
I believe it’s integral. However, Singer sells cute little threaded sleeves
that convert the threaded end to the pull stud used by both Deckel and Maho CNC’s

FS Genuine Wohlhaupter #40 arbor, fits Deckel (20x2.0) thread. $100.00 plus shipping
This fits the UPA3 boring heads that have removable shanks.

Almost impossible to get a true thread on something that long with a die.....
There are machines that can do this but the die is driven by a lead screw and guided to keep it aligned....
Baring that your only DYI that will produce something worth installing would be to single point the...
Most CNC's use a single phase leg to power the logic side of the control.
That leg is too high, as already stated.( no help there) In addition the logic side of the control should be connected to the non generated output of your converter....

Some heat is normal when running At full chat.
Factory says that 120*f is OK when running at high RPM’s for extended periods.

Lint free cloths and 99% isopropyl alcohol as a cleaning solution.
Remove the end caps and remove the read head.
There are postings on this board that go over all this.
Do a search , poster “balen”

Scale is a smaller section ( LS 903) that fits on that Deckel.
No longer avaliable from Heidenhain.
Modern scale will not fit in the space available without some mods to the machine.
Last time I checked Deckel had new old stock replacement scales. Cost several years back was $4000.00...
So can't see the bolt/screw well enough to tell. Is it an Allen style set screw, or a slotted head screw?
Since it has no head on the surface its only function would be retaining/locating something inside that casting, most likely a bushing, or its like Bruce surmises as being a lube point...
Connected loads are higher on the FP3NC.
Larger drive motor, and larger servo motors ( “Z” )
My main electrical cabinet on my FP3NC ( flip) data plate is marked “22 A “ (not KVA)
In my manual for the same machine in the general data the 380v connected load is called out as “ aprox 14.5 KVA”...
