10hp rpc build

Hello guys. I just thought id share my rpc build. I did quite a bit of research and reading on here before starting my build. I want to start out by saying thanks to those who have posted designs and schematics. It has been a huge help.

I picked up a cnc makino leblonde rmc55 mill in an auction which is the reason for my rpc build. Not too long ago i also purchased a mobile air conditioning trailer which consisted of 2 30 hp ac pumps and electrical cabnets full of contactors controls wiring ect so most of my parts are coming from that which i gutted for the flat bed trailer it was all sitting on. There was a 10hp baldor 3 phase motor (was used as a blower fan) thag i will use as my idler.

So far i have my controls side and start side complete. I need to get my idler hooked up and start dialing in the run caps.

All control wiring is 12 awg. The wago blocks are rated at 125 amps and make great terminal points. I ran 6 awg from the main contactor to the blocks. The main contactor was feeding a 30hp ac pump so it is well oversize for this application. Both my contactors have 110v coils so i ran a neutral wire to a separate terminal block which will be fed from the main panel. Im using a potential relay to sense and control a 60 amp contactor to cut the start caps out. Start caps have 15k 5 watt bleed resistors across them. I used 8 awg to feed the start cap circuit. Just need to get the run caps in and get to balancing.

I did have a few questions in regards to what a 10hp rpc can power. The makino cnc runs on 200v. It has its own 12kva transformer bolted to the side of the mill that takes in 230 and puts out 200. Will a 10hp run that? The largest motor (spindle) is 7.5 hp. And since im going through the transformer do i have to worry about the wild leg at all?

Last question i have kind of relates to the first question. I have a 36v Raymond forklift with a 3 phase charger. The tag says 34 amps at 240v. Will a 10hp rpc do that guy also? Not at the same time of course. Thanks for all the help
