13IN SouthBend Lathe Inquiry

My father has recently purchased a 13IN SouthBend Lathe at an auction and has a few questions he would like answers to and some general knowledge regarding this particular machine. I have provided a few picture attachments and details that he has provided me.

Bedway S/N: 148383
Catalog No: 8113B

He is interested to know the following:

Year of Manufacture: He Guesses 1940s/1950s
Manuals/Instructions: Best Hardcopy Literature for Operating & Maintenance

Early forties. 8113-B is a Tool room version and it is also a 11/16 collet 13" - which means its 1 7/8 - 8 spindle nose thread will be difficult to get spindle tooling for

As to "hard copies" of How To Run A Lathe - mine is last dated 1944 and refers to itself as "Volume 1, Edition 50"

1. I need bronze spindle bushing for the left end of a small-bore spindle shaft. The shaft OD is 1.5" at the small end. The bushing is split with an expander. I am having difficulties locating one.
2. What is the width and length for the leather drive belt?
3. What is the size and length of the motor / cone drive unit V-belts?
4. Where can I find tapered pins?
5. Where can I find a needle thrust bearing to replace the fiber thrust washer on the outboard end of spindle shaft?
6. What keeps the chuck from coming loose when the lathe is operated in reverse?
