5axis clamp not released error Millplusit DMG DMU 60

Hello,
I need a help with an error on one of my machines Millplusit DMG DMU 60

5 axis clamp turns on after I try to turn on the machine, then a second after, machine turns off and bunch of errors pop up.

The most important one, which I'm looking for help from here, is the next one

PLC00829 ERROR 5th axis clamp not released

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I worked with a DMG DMU50 a few years back but never got the error you are describing.

MP 4110.16 : 1 ;Überwachungszeit V.Achse Klemmung auf/zu (Monitoring time V [B_Axis]. axis clamping open/close )
Change this parameter from 1 to 2, if the problem persist then you need to check the pressure on the pressure switch / sensor or check the clamp itself. Or contact your "service agency". Hope this helps.
