My concern is that once I hook this up, parameters will need to be installed due to being disconnected for a while. Plus, I would like to have someone that is familiar with these machines to observe it and make the necessary adjustments that I wouldn't see. It only has 1400hrs and came from a "repair room support" environment of manufacturing.

These machines have either a 486 or pentium based motherboard
with a coin type or soldered "barrel" type battery. If the battery is low
or dead you will need to reprogram BIOS of motherboard to recognize
hard drive and change a few other settings from factory defaults.
The other thing you must do is make sure the two internal transformers
are tapped to your incoming voltage. The phase is checked by pump
rotation.
Other than that, the machine should be ready to go.
