Update on our Drill-20 pump replacement mentioned in another thread.
Original pump and/or regulating valve failed and we could only get 1-2 MPa rather than the recommended 8-9MPa.
Original manufacturer would not answer my queries.
GFMS wants $3874.00 for the pump alone.
No rebuild kits to be found.
Finally found a suitable replacement @ Cat Pumps in Minnesota.
Had to purchase through their "local" dealer in Waco.
Got pump, regulating valve, gauge, inlet filter, remote oil level/drain, and pulley for $500.00 less than GFMS wants for the pump.
Drop in replacement, just need to move the mounting rails away from the pump motor a little.
Couldn't use the pulley after all, vee to big for belt. New pump shaft is smaller than original so I wired a bushing and voila!
Had to relocate the gauge.
Will post photos after I can edit their size for upload.
