Hi All,

Every so often I get this alarm, usually if the machine is left idle for a few hours or so. It is easily cleared but bleeding off any pressure in the lube system but I am concerned that this isn't dealing with the problem. It may be a faulty sensor or it could be a blockage somewhere which will be more difficult to pin point. Has anyone had a similar alarm and managed to figure out what is causing it.

Thanks in advance.

I guess you have already answered your question as what is happening: It is easily cleared but bleeding off any pressure in the lube system

Best way to see what is happening is go to diagnostic monitor an monitor X0A - pressure switch and M2836 , M4860 - grease motor ON.

Once you power up you machine, check status of X0A and wait till grease motor is ON ( Y15) . Check time it takes to build the pressure inside the line and time for this pressure to drop. I guess this F0007 ( 207) alarms happens once your PLC wants to run grease pump and yet pressure inside lube line is still there.

Either pressure sensor is faulty or lube lines arent releasing pressure fast enough ( grease distributor valves are blocked)

Thanks for your help, I will give this a try and report back.
