Anxious for help identifying SB Lathe

I spent the first two years of my electrical apprenticeship at Beth Steel, Sparrows Point Plant. Later, came back as a foreman and worked on the "A" coke battery. Fascinating place, and very dangerous.

My lathe was delivered to “Elec Sup” at Sparrows Point. Any idea what that means? Granted, you’d have to be a hundred years old to have been there at the time. :)

It has led an interesting life involving at least one fairly comprehensive restoration with a reground bed and bronze liners on the saddle ways. And obviously the motor was changed, probably to make it salable when it left that plant. The motor is still at least as old as the 60’s—a Dayton 5K482.
