Hi everyone.
I just tell what happened and what I've checked so far and if anybody has any ideas on further checks any insights would be appreciated.
So I started the machine just like before, no error lights no nothing. Worked all fine last time. Tried first to open the chuck with the foot switch, doesn't move. I push the foot switch a few times in a row and the ER2 lights up.
What I've noticed:
-The 24NC voltage measures 0,4V (should be 24)
-The relay and foot switch and its cables (for the chuck) are not causing it (at least disconnecting them doesn't make it better)
-PC parameter/keep relay K9.1 is 1 and will stay 1 even after hard reset and it should be 0 so probably some hardware is tied to that parameter in the ladder and is maybe causing the issue but I don't have the correct descriptions for those for this machine.
-Power Unit has no blown fuses and the 24V voltage is up correctly but the source of that for the 24NC thing could be different?
Way oil is also filled up.
Any idea for locating the power source for 24NC for example? Or how did you solve your similar issue? I don't have an electrical diagram for this machine...
