I am in the process of makint a real nice version of the manual, using perfect scans of a german manual, and then the text from a not so good scanned english manual. I will put it up when I'm done.

For anyone who wants it. I have made a clean copy, very high qualilty which you can all enjoy.
All pages but the first page, are made to be printed on both sides of the paper. The first page which is the cover of the manual, should be printed on one side only. Paper sizes are A4 and A3 sizes.
