Are you a machinist / tool die person(s) looking to start your own shop in Volusia County FL? I am a small manufacturer of a consumer product and I have space available in my facility for the right person(s) to partner with. There would be no rent or space expense. I would pay with piece work for my company until I can afford a full salaried option. Until then you can take in your own jobs or we can seek them together. You can even use some of my equipment - Punch Press, Mills etc. I would look to you for experience, guidance and help with our equipment and upgrades and will even acquire machinery if you know how to put it to use. I plan to add CNC processes and equipment to our facility. This is a hybrid type situation for the right person(s). You may be retired and just looking for a hobby spot or maybe you want to start and grow to something bigger. Either way we could explore the options. I need some help with skills and hopefully you want space, business support or structure etc.
