Armstrong No. 1-S Toolbit holder

Looking for another item I found the Armstrong No. 1-S Lathe toolbit holder .6" long, Measured width .532" Shank Measured height 1.174". Square clamp screw head size 7/16" Best as I can with digital caliper measure toolbit opening .350" Used but seems to be in good condition!
Straight holder but older style for HSS toolbits in Lantern type toolpost, toolbit hole angles up about 15°
Being all my lathes have CXA Aloris or larger toolposts I have no use for it!
First person to claim it $5 + shipping since I only have 1 (that I know of) Should fit flat USPS small flat rate box $9.45

Fwiw, I use a similar toolholder in a quickchange (Dickson in my case) block with a HSS bit ground to chamfer 45deg on id’s and od’s. Quick and simple. Also cheap…..
