What do you guys think about wax sealing the top portion of the handle (the part inside the eye)? Basically like making wax wood. Should make it water proof, hence rot resistant.
makes sense. I am thinking i can make a small well with tape around the top, fill it with epoxy and use a vacuum chamber to make epoxy penetrate wood inside the head if my vacuum chamber is big enough.
