Blade won’t spin

Hi everyone I purchased a 2015 Emmedue 5 Axis Bridgesaw about two weeks ago and had it setup and running. About a day or two into testing the blade stopped spinning from the controls on the computer. We tried to run a test cut on a peice of stone and I didn’t spin the blade fast enough for the type of stone, the blade got stuck and I engaged the estop. Ever since that occurred I cannot make the blade spin from the computer. We had a technician from the company come out to our shop telling us our inverter is the problem and we have to replace it. Me and the technician took the inverter to a local electric shop and they tested all connections saying it is in perfect shape. I can make the machine do everything from the computer besides spin the blade. From the inverter controller itself I can spin the blade. Please if anybody can help I will greatly appreciate it and will even send you a little gift.

Is the inverter told to spin from a voltage/amp command or is it modbus/ethercat?
Is there a secondary power supply of 5 or 10 volts that feeds logic to inverter? My wag would be check that.

I beleive it is from a voltage/amp command because the wire that is supposed to signal is getting 24 volts. It is being fed 24 volts when I give the machine a command to spin. We have the manufacturer of the machine here and they’ve been here for 3 days and still haven’t even broke ground on what the solution can be.
