Given your location, are you going through Productivity? They've been good to me so far; I think the reseller makes a huge difference. They have a lot more clout with the MTB than the buyer does.

I am not sure where we are buying it from. No I dont own a Fadal or a shop. I did have a few fadals about 15 years ago and worked as repair for a distributor

No I do not think that was the major consideration for switching to oil but its funny
