Purchased an HLV, and looking for a recommendation for a trailer rental. Most of the small utility trailers have expanded metal for the rear ramp. Not to good for rolling a pallet jack up and down. There are some tilt trailers for rent but they have no sides or front panel. Since it a lathe it top heavy any way, so I would hate to tip it over. It would be nice to secure it to the front, that way if you need to brake it not sliding forward.

When I moved my mill, I rented a drop deck trailer. That made it a lot easier to get the pallet jack on and off of the trailer; the deck remains horizontal. The one I rented was an Air-Tow utility trailer. It had 4 D-rings on each side at deck level and I used all 8 to secure the machine. That trailer was rated to haul 10,000 pounds I think.

Check to see if you have a sunbelt near you. They typically rent the drop deck trailers that JBTR referenced. They will also rent you some hydraulic dollies that make moving a lathe real simple

Thanks everyone! I had look for drop deck and other types, the key was searching for a kneeling trailer. Once I searched for kneeling trlr what I had been looking for came up.
