I've got a series 2 that is like to sell. Would prefer to sell complete, but will part out of I can't find a buyer.
First, the good. Power feed works in X and Y, spindle sounds good, and goes through all the speeds fine. Table has a few dings, but nothing major. Can still see the flaking on y axis and knee. Has a quick change spindle, and some tooling.
Now the bad. Knee power feed doesn't work, and knee seems tight. Biggest issue is quill is stuck, and won't go up or down. When I first got it, it would move, but would stick. When I started taking it apart, found the oil in the cup on the side had turned super sticky, so I think that's the problem. Don't have the time to mess with it, and could use the space. Can't load, so would recommend a wrecker or drop deck trailer. Asking $1500 or best offer.
