Bridgeport V1000 Tool sticking

I'm having an issue with my Bridgeport V1000 where all of the sudden I can manually load a part and press the tool release button and it comes out just fine but as soon as I use the ATC to load a tool, it is stuck there unless I put a prybar on it while pressing the release button. I have cleaned everything out and checked my KO stoke and it seems normal.

Any thoughts?
