Broken Acu-Rite Senc 50

Hy guys,

i´m Dominik from Germany, 4 weeks ago i bought a colchester mastiff with a scale on topslide.
It´s an acurite senc 50.

Unfortunately i teared off the cable from the reading head.

The wires broked direct on the circuit board(platine) so i dont know which wire on which position.

I already searched with google, i coould download a manual but this shows only the pinout for the connector.

The german company Heidenhain bought acurite an these days i called heidenhain...

The technical support isnt allowed to give me the pinout for the platine.

So i hope that anybody here in the forum can help me with an picture from the Senc50 pinout on the reader head.

I'd contact them again and if the tell you the same thing ask to speak with their supervisor , if they say no ask for their boss . Sometimes you need to rattle a cage or two . Doesn't always work , but it has worked enough for me that I always go that route .
