Building a 4th axis and could use some help/opinions

Compare it to something we understand. Is it like a Tormach, a Haas mini, aVF2, an Okuma M560-V?
Masso is a Australian controller predominantly aimed at the hobby market from what I can see from what I saw when I was looking for a controller to use on a CNC insertion press I built.
It's built tin a fairly standard 3 axis configuration epoxy granite frame made to do small parts 40k rpm spindle with 200mm travel in all directions.
It's a "hobby" machine but I've put a ton of time and effort into making it very precise and I'd like to add an equally capable 4th axis. but they're exceptionally difficult to find smaller ones that aren't junk.

I think I'm going to go with the SilverCNC SC-C170. Does anyone have any experience with this company?
