Sorry for my late answer, I have been away from this site for some days. The switches are Kraus & Naimer, I replaced all the knobs and signs. The handles are Elesa, look in their catalogue online. The ones I found are not exactly like the originals, but in my opinion they look and feel better.
The signs are also new, Rüdiger Krämer had them made by someone, I don't think he sells them. (There are probably copyright issues etc)
