C axis problem

I post it again and waiting for some replies but nothing i have one CNC lathe Takang TNC-20N with Fanuc OTC controller problem is this no alarm on Machine machine going to zero but C axis not working on go zero or not that's why i can't run machine on Auto mode anyone can tell me something that how can i do it zero or bypass c axis please

So you can't home the C axis at all? Or just during auto mode?

No just at it all not moving in auto and not going to zero also and also when i want to move on jog then its take a little movement but the braker stuck this and drive shows its working moving one time i select option from diagnostic that cycle start work before going to home position then i move the spindle on MDI 500 RPM then i move the c axis for zero position its moves on 500rpm but in c axis parameters there is only maximum 100 rpm for c axis and main spindle and c axis both function are operating with one alpha spindle drive unit
