I'll be surprised a computer scientist is actually messing with precision machining in this forum, generally CS and CNC don't mix together.

I use the RTX GPU's tensor core to aid in hardware acceleration, these things run hot and this is why I wanted to make custom waterblocks to cool them, I wanted to cater the advanced surveillance tech space by providing them my own custom made DVR computer systems that are ultra small and modular thanks to custom made waterblocks and cooling designs.

Due to my works in AI computer science (in machine vision) I also wanted to build some commercial custom made cameras and needed a CNC for it.

This is why dipshits like you with "great computer skills" (in great college debt) are so worthless being replaced by foreign talents who have higher IQ than you and wouldn't mind working for a smaller salary. You think I'm making this up? Yes you know I speak of facts. Hope everything makes sense.

My best advice to anyone is to not go to college in CS but major something that requires higher level of IQ... such as computer/electrical engineering, you can thank me later. Those majors do tech some real CS (microcontroller/hardware programming). You can then transition to more meaningful CS in your masters.

Thousands of them got fired because they are WORTHLESS. Makes sense why CS dumbasses now hanging out here with low IQers, also your jobs will be replaced by AI, this means bachelor level of CS will be worthless only guys with PhDs in CS are somewhat smatter than AI. However new breed of jobs will rise to maintain and grow AI tech space.
This is why when I was young, I had enough blessing of IQ to change majors from computer science to computer engineering because computer science was only for people with low IQ like yourself.

Exactly. read my last comment. This is why CS is a stupid major. Nothing manual labor skill needed to become a CS pro. All these dumb people do is press buttons thats all. It is heavily theory based, it is best to learn skills that you can feel and interact with, like an oscilloscope, soldering iron, integrated chips and etc. Also jump into CNC and machining.

You seem to fail to understand what I like to do...

The reason you don't see it is your obviously inferior IQ. Years ago I played a semi-competitive FPS game. We all took it quite seriously. There was one player who nobody knew, he played frequently but didn't play in a team, never spoke in voice etc. His play style was to hide in a bush or some similar obscured location and shoot at people, usually missing and just being a mild irritation. He was an exceptionally terrible player and was the butt of everyone's jokes, including mine, until one day it occurred to me that he might have some kind of disability that makes him unable to play properly, or maybe he's a really old guy with poor eyesight and no reflexes. I never found out either way, but I felt bad and stopped talking shit about him after that realisation.

It's not always easy to gauge who you're really interacting with online.

A heat exchanger is anything that exchanges heat. I used radiator to suggest the point where the heat goes to the surrounding air. Call it what you like. Doesn't matter if you're bonding the final surface to a buried rock and you're using mother earth to take the heat. The flaw is all the way back at your fins.

Two of the projects I worked before leaving my last job were sizing large, multi-stage heat exchangers and defending how & why they would work.

I got curious when he started the micro-fin thread. I looked at the rates of thermal conductivity and immediately ran into a problem in his design. I didn't bother posting because of his attitude and figured sooner or later, he'd discover it. He hasn't.

I'm also fascinated by his obsession with Moore Jig Borer #3.

Right now everyone (big tech, big players) are using Nvidia's enterprise hardware acceleration gear, it works, it's the best of the best and professionally made.
However Nvidia doesn't provide a water cooled package option... so it needs to be custom made by a third party.

Yes, you're using liquid cooling. Water. Water glycol mix. Water and something. If you're using straight water you're also going to have huge corrosion issues but, we'll get to that after we size it.

Are we to all assume you haven't done any sizing of anything in this system? You have a chip and you have the entire pacific ocean to dump the heat. You're designing what's in between. Describe how you sized the things between the surface of the chip and the water. That's any thermal paste, the heat sink and the liquid (you say water but...).

The problem he wants to solve isn't making micro fins. The problem he wants to solve is how to cool the chip. He came up with these tiny copper fins and now he's gone deep down the rabbit hole of how to manufacture them.

If he would just answer the questions, he would soon realize that there are far easier ways to get to the solution that don't require any of the machining he thinks it does. Then he would be free to continue his quest for global domination and showing the low-IQ folks what he's really capable of.
 
I did some internet searches and the OP has fiddled with the various areas of technology he claims, he has done some programming, and has done some electronics design, and does seem quite motivated to somehow manufacture his water blocks.
OP would be eminately more succesful on this forum if he would stop insulting people he knows nothing about.
