charmilles 240cc small hole with taper settings help

hey guys ... currently have some fanuc oic machines and just recently got a 2007 charmilles 240cc and i am having trouble finding a technology setting to give me a good finish in the angle above the land of my hole. example .... .050 hole .020 land with anywhere from a 7 degree to an 40 degree included angle that runs up the part about .400 and then the parts get polished after the wedm process but what i am seeing is the surface finish down by the hole isnt quite as good as my fanucs... any technology settings that you have experience altering to get my angle finish better? material is carbide.

Well hello friend! Try to find some high taper wire. Ours has the “W” classification. It has made a world of difference.
