Charmilles Robofil 310 Troubles

I'm trying to troubleshoot a Charmilles Robofil 310, and I keep ending up at the same dead end.

The error I'm getting is: E915:REGULATOR ERROR UPR 2.

We have followed the troubleshooting guide in the manual, including swapping the UPR boards. Swapping the UPR boards has no effect, and we get the same error. We have check the input voltages to the machine and all seem to be in spec. At one point we managed to get a low voltage error as well, so we tried stepping up the transformer voltage, and it started cutting...but then errored out with the same UPR2 error. We have since put the transformer back in it's original position.

When running the Diagnostic test we get:
GENERATOR CHAIN TEST:
OFFSET 0
PRELIMINARY 0
CUM MODE 60
TA & TB 60
RUPA PCB 70

All road lead to "Call CT" in the manual, and they aren't any help on this old machine.

Any help is appreciated.

The one regarding reinitializing? Yes.

No changes, same effect.

This sounds more serious than that.
Have to ask why GFMS isn't being helpful as we have no problem with getting help and/or service for our two Robofils (290P &520P).
